Absolutely disgraceful surgery. Receptionists do not care, are rude and treat you like idiots. Doctors are even worse. Do not listen, have no sympathy, do not believe you. I visited today and left humiliated as if I had wasted their time . I told them how rude they were and had to insist they take me seriously. They half heartedly agreed to monitor. The do not care if you are in pain, and make assumptions without looking or listening. I have been with this practice for 30 years and the new Doctors are Absolutely awful! Please do not join this surgery if you care about your health. I will be leaving and it is difficult to find a new surgery and the rude, useless Doctors here arrogantly know this which is why they are getting away with it. Keep away!!!! | |||||||

I tried to ring for an appointment at 0830, phone continually engaged, had to leave it because of getting to work, rang later to be told to ring in the morning, I asked why they couldn't give me one then and they said it was not their policy, how ridiculous is that. | |||||||
