I have been a patient at Brompton medical Centre for over 30 years. after recently visiting to the nurse for a routine blood test, tried five times to take blood .didn't wear gloves didn't use a clean needle for the other arm, coughed in my face, wiggling the needle around in my arm. tried to blame me saying I must be wearing perfume which I wasn't. After this still wanted to try and extract blood, . I have worked in care for over 20 years and I have a nursing diploma so I'm fully aware that you need to be hydrated went to MCH got blood out first time. The nurse is unprofessional and doesn't seem to have a clue what she's doing. I will never be goin there again to have bloods test done. | |||||||

I'm very glad my previous surgery kicked me off their books for being out of their catchment area as since I've registered here the service has been excellent! Easy to get an appointment in comparison with most surgeries and if not I can always get a call back from the GP. Doctors don't rush you and I must also give a mention to the receptionist who i'm unfortunately not allowed to name who has gone out of the way to sort out problems for me quite a few times, ringing the hospital and pharmacy etc. and also seems to be a walking encyclopedia of services available in Medway! They definitely need to get their nurse in more than once a week though, need to give about 6 weeks notice to get a diabetes check up! | |||||||
