Complaint.. fragile 90yr old mother called for visit this am, spoke to nurse told visit from Gp @ 3pm. No visit, no communication, surgery closed this pm due to training!!! Unacceptable, will be taking this further. Also an apology & explanation due to your neglect & extremely poor service. | |||||||

All my family have joined this surgery. We have all had such good treatment. All the staff show caring and respect for their patients. Luckily I don't have to go to the doctor's often but on each occasion, I have been very impressed. The reception staff are so different from any other doctor's reception staff I have known - they never make you feel you are a nuisance for needing to see a doctor! | |||||||

We have moved out of the area and I really miss Shorne Village Surgery! It is just simply the best. Best doctors, who treat you with respect and have lots of compassion. The staff at reception are just so helpful and friendly. Midwife support was brilliant (during my pregnancy).
Have had lots of support as first time mum!. Don't have enough words to describe how happy I was to be registered there.
This is the best clinic in the area.
