Really disappointing practice. Takes forever for the reception to pick up a call and then when they do the waiting time for appointments is super long. Called them as I am 32 weeks pregnant and need a prescription for hay fever medication and was told that the next appointment is in 6 weeks! It is just crazy and simply not helpful at all.

Hello My name is M.YOTOVA I would like to make a complain about the surgery service . I can't make appointment now 3 years I don't know what hapen with this medicine centre Before covid19 I've been very happy Now any time when I need and call them I can't contact with them And when I go to the surgery reception always they tell me today not have doctors Last month I have with chest infection in very very bat health I've try to make appointment I was call them I was waiting about 20 -30 min in the pfone and no responded I have calling different time from morning to evening Next day I went to surgery to reception ant again they tell me no doctors I ask them to meet the menager but the answer was is not working today I can't understand this I was forced to go to a private clinic because of my condition and to pay 200 hundred pounds I was with pneumonia This is ridiculous Now I hit my knee and again the same story I try this days to contact with then but impossible I have a big pain my knee is a very bad condition How I can make appointment to see me doctor Please help me Thanks

I do not know what happened with this surgery!!!! ??? When it was Mornington surgery, you can have appointment even the same day. Now, when 2 surgery became one, it is terrible. They do not have appointment at all. Need to call in the morning 40 ar 50 times until reception will answer you. You can die, but there is no appointments. Their advice , call 111. After when you call 111, they will return you for your SURGERY . You can wait phone call from surgery a few days. They do not care.When you tell them that you need antibiotics, reception advice you to wait for 2 days. They do not listen . I have a big infection of the leg. It was a battle to speak with Dr and have a prescription. Even my husband call them. It is shameful what is became. I hope that CQC can check them. Surgery like this need to be Named and Shamed. I will not reccomend them.
