Firstly, I should make it clear that the support staff and doctors are very nice. I also like being able to book appointments online and they even have an app. However, with regards to continuity of care for chronic conditions they really fall down at the Stoughton Road Surgery. I have been registered since August 2016 and I have seen upwards of 5 different GPs - all locums or part timers. The doctor I am registered too, I have never actually met. My healthcare has been negatively impacted by seeing multiple physicians. It is very difficult to be seen by the same person and as review of my medication has not been monitored properly. They need to get full time, regular GPs employed and fast. I have been told since I registered that there was a issue with previous partners retiring but this was over 18 months ago at least .

I have trying for 3 hours trying to ring the surgery. The web site still has 0844 telephone numbers. You do not seem to have enough reception staff to answer the phones and all the websites are cluttered and out of date. Phones are regularly engaged. The staff are helpful enough when you can get through, you need more phones and staff to answer the calls. Th website should be updated weekly with upcoming events should have all the correct telephone numbers. It so frustrating just trying to make contact with you!
