I moved to Merrow in Feb 2020 and still till today i am having to argue on the phone to get an appointment to see a gp and guess what i still have not been able to see a gp and it is now march 2022, i said i am struggling with mental health really badly and guess what they referred me to a yoga instructor !!! how does that work anyone with half a brain would know that referal would need to go to a psychiatrist. Furthermore i told there dietician many of times over the phone i have lost a lot of weight and everyone i meet tells me the same, seen her in person my face looking really gaunt and even after telling her the above she turned around and said my weight is fine.......shocking, just read about them on google. Friday just gone, monday and today i called again to book an appointment because i am struggling really bad with my mental health and was told i have to wait 2 weeks to see someone. I think they need to be reported again to Surrey Live newspaper.

Called the surgery as I was concerned about my 89 year old husband and requested an urgent home visit. Was told it maybe sound a bit harsh but they were too busy. Called again at 8 o'clock the following morning a very pleasant doctor came at 1.30 and requested an ambulance. He was transferred to high dependency unit RSCH. I did not want to dial 999 as my husband has dementia and hospital is a difficult place for him. I would have appreciated support and guidance from the surgery after his dementia diagnosis .
