GP's at the practice excellent. Practice is let down by the reception staff who act as officious gatekeepers asking for medical details before they determine if you can see a doctor or not. The practice of triage by personnel with ZERO medical training was considered acceptable when I pointed out the issue to the practice manager, who's attitude mirrored that of the reception staff. If you get to see a doctor you will receive excellent service but the attitude of the practice is that patients are a nuisance clogging up GP time (and my visit frequency is significantly less than once per year). | |||||||

I can't speak highly enough about the treatment I received from the Nurses after I got an abscess from a fall. The treatment was spread over 3 months and they always went out of their way to fit me in, daily at the beginning, and weekly at the end. They gave me lots of encouragement and were always very positive, and as a result my leg has healed up beautifully.
I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and have never had to take advantage in the past of this sort of treatment, I must stress how easy they made it for me, as it was a very daunting prospect in the beginning.
The receptionist are always very friendly and helpful too, as are the Doctors. All in all a 5 star service. | |||||||
