We have been with this practice for over 30 years and despite telephone queues and waiting a few days for appointments, we have felt all the staff at the practice are very professional and treat you with respect. Even more importantly, the doctors have always been caring and have treated our ailments well. It also has to be said, lately we have been given same day appointment without describing the situation as 'an emergency' so hopefully past issues on appointment waits have been resolved .We have been very pleased overall.

Often kept waiting to be seen at reception. Phone lines are usually busy or closed for lunch, so calls can take some time. Repeat prescriptions frequently have to be chased, after not being received by pharmacy, with a wait of well over a week. Can no longer login on new website. The previous system was more reliable and usually worked.

Dear Patient - Firstly may I apologise for the lengthy delay in responding to your comments - your message did not get through to me in the usual way.
