A few weeks ago, I was lucky enough to be surprised with scuba diving lessons. Unfortunately, due to previous health issues I had to obtain a medical and as it was a surprise, this had to be within a week! River Wey Medical Practice were fabulous. I knew that the chances of getting an appointment were slim as all practices are over subscribed and busy. But that did not stop them doing everything they could, from sending me to other clinics for tests and trying to book me into cancelled appointments. They could not have done enough. In the week, I rang over a dozen times and each time they spoke to me calmly with respect and kindness. If the specific person I needed wasn't available they would arrange a time suitable to me for them to ring me back. The staff's manner is a perfect balance between caring and respectful whilst being informative. Thank you very much to all the staff at River Wey Medical Practice.

I have been a patient at River Wey for several years and the service i get is exemplary. The receptionist staff cannot do enough to help you in a matter of urgency or just routine they are always very polite and professional. The Nursing staff are exceptional,caring ,compassionate and very friendly. Well what can i say abut the GP's again friendly,compassionate and always want the best outcome for their patients. Yes its true the surgery does get very busy at times but that's down to the popularity of the practice. If you have any concerns ,ideas you can like me become a member of the patients participation group, which meets several times a year. Oh before i forget i would personally like to pass my thanks on to the practice manager for assisting me , putting up with me and for her outstanding work she does for the patients and the practice , she goes above and beyond. Thank you.

We moved to Farnham 4 years ago and the River Wey practice was recommended to us. Their team of GPs and Receptionists always come across as genuinely caring. I've always felt treated with respect and listened to in terms of decisions about my healthcare. I can honestly say that it is the best practice that we have been registered with. The online services which they offer are also very helpful.
