The receptionists at the surgery are so rude. They will decide whether you are important enough to speak to the dr. When you call first thing and are told no appointments you then say how can that be the surgery has only just opened. I'm then laughed at and she says well what do you want me to do.bunch of old hags need a lesson on manners. They are a joke and an embarrassment to the surgery. | |||||||

generally the surgery is excellent. We have a walk in surgery which suits us just fine as we can always see a doctor. The tannoy system needs updating as anyone with hearing aids will struggle. The doctors, nurses, and reception staff are excellent as it the pharmacy. Please do not change the walk in system as even if you have to wait a while you can still see a doctor on the day you want. I have not used the doctors for a while but collect my perscriptions on a regular basis. | |||||||

My wife and I have been registered with Holly Tree Surgery for 30 years and although doctors, nurses etc obviously have changed in this time our appreciation of the outstanding services offered has not. The fact there is no appointments system is a huge bonus, just rock up and you will be seen is a terrific facility to have for all of us. I cannot commend this surgery and all the practice service providers enough. | |||||||
