Dear Patient, Thank you so much for taking time to give us a review, really appreciated, I am so sorry that you had a problem with your asthma review and appointment wait time. Unfortunately many patients do not let un know when they cannot make it to the appointment, thus leaving us a great deal of appointments that are not attended, so please accept my apologies for the delay in your appointment.
Again, thank you so much for your comment regarding my staff on the prescription service, we do try to help patients when we can, but a lovely comment like this makes all the difference.
