Absolute shambles. Terrible service. I've never known such incompetence from a surgery. Would be better suited to a circus

Slow and inefficient with inexperienced doctors 50 year as a patient this is now terrible for the surgery

I despair am trying to get an appointment face to face or at least telephone call you ring up they go on about doing it online if you would like to wait someone will answer then they say line is busy and cut you off it’s not fit for purpose. I’ve tried doing online it’s a joke am in a wheelchair have numerous illnesses and can’t get help it’s left me so tearful don’t know what to do it never use to be like this all I want is to speak with a Doctor.
