The doctors here work tirelessly to ensure that you get the most out of your appointment. I have one favourite doctor who does this every appointment I have with them. The reception staff are kind and helpful and the nurses are wonderful. It is in the same building as another GP service. They share reception staff and nurses, but it is still easy to get an appointment when you need it. The toilets here could be a bit bigger, but are just about accessible for wheelchairs as long as you don't need to turn! It is set over 2 floors and has stairs as well as a large lift. There is a toilet on each floor. Electronic check in screens are used here, but if you can't do it/it won't sign you In, reception staff are more than happy to help. The screens could be a little lower so wheelchair users can reach them though! It is no longer possible to order repeat prescriptions over the phone however you can go to the surgery, or use the app to order them. You can make appointments and get test results over the phone. I visit this surgery a lot due to health problems. I have never had such a great GP surgery.

We moved to Poole from London when my partner had complex health problems. I felt that the GPs did very little to support these as they were not your average chronic health condition, but more specialised in terms of medication and general needs. The GPs were short with me when i saw them on the rare occasion I needed to and their procedural techniques are somewhat unusual. In the end we transferred our care to a different practice and were much better looked after.
