Would not reccomend this surgery to Friends or family. Admin staff not very pleasant, can be quite rude at the times. Normally have to wait for doctors 30min. At the waiting room. You come in with child with high temp pains spots ( blisters) everywhere, need medication( cream to settle the pain) child is uncomfortable in pain with high temperature for nearly a week. They say not much we can do about it, nothing we can prescribe. Pointless to go and see GP, wait for 30minutes with child under 5, with high temp in pain , not get any help. Didnt even check her temp, ears ( in was painful). After my disappointment, He said i van get some lotion from counter

I am very sorry to hear of your comments about your experience at Evergreen Oak Surgery. Upon checking, I see you were given an urgent/on the day appointment with the Duty Doctor. Whilst all Drs try to keep to appointment times, if they are Duty Dr and need to juggle numerous urgent issues, inevitably some appointments run late. I understand it can be distressing with poorly children and I apologise for this. As for recommended medication, if it is easily available over the counter at most pharmacies, this will be the preferred option. I work for Luxury Care group, at Regency Manor care home and just want to say how amazing Evergreen Oak is, every time we call the receptionist are very welcome and Dr prompt to help, it never feels too much The surgery is open to new ideas and help from the community, well-done guys, you a very special surgery, Thank you for the hard work.

Fabulous surgery, utterly lovely receptionists. They are always friendly and happy to help. The Health Visitor is everything I could have wanted. Professional, friendly, caring and highly respectful. Both GPs are fabulous. Utterly caring, kind and excellent in their knowledge. I would highly recommend them to any person needing to see a GP.
