Although I found everyone very helpful, polite and respectful at all times, I had an appointment for pneumonia vaccine injection booked; following a health screening I needed to have bloods retaken, I tried to arrange for this to happen on the same visit, over the telephone, everything seemed fine until Text reminder declared that the follow on appointment for the bloods was at the Cosham surgery and not the expected Drayton surgery. | |||||||

Doctors are good when you can get to see one. Very bad on trying to get an appointment when you want one. But first you have to get through a queue for 5 hrs it took me l gave up in the end. Not doctors fault | |||||||
