The surgery makes it almost impossible to get an appointment and doesn't seem to be interested in its patients. I have a career that doesn't make me particularly flexible, but Vine is unable to work around that making it very hard to contact and arrange appointments for a suitable time. In a time when I was more flexible I was seen by a GP, but was told everything was fine when in actual fact (after seeing a specialist) I needed serious surgery. Would not recommend.

This has to be the worse service I have ever encountered. I am generally fit and well and have only visited the surgery once in 9 years. However this week find myself needing some advice from a GP. As I too work in a GP surgery with restricted time to call at the very limited time slots available I chose the e-consult system. I know how this is supposed to work so was horrified to receive an email telling me that the details had been passed to the GP and I was to call in to have my request triaged through the calling in system. This is NOT acceptable or in fact how the system is supposed to work. My complaint is being submitted to the Complaints Manager. I will also however be looking at changing surgery. God forbid if I was needing urgent assistance. Shocking service.
