My daughter was very poorly Vicki the receptionist not only answered the phone very cheerful and pleasant she was really kind, empathetic and caring. She said she would pass onto the doctor what I said and normally people just say this but she followed through on everything and we had a very positive experience because of her. The nurse and doctors are always really lovely and listen. Yes sometimes it’s hard to get through 2hours 45 minutes last Monday! But we are in an NHS crisis with lots going round. | |||||||

I have had bad experiences with the receptionists from Baffin's surgery in the past with them being extremely rude and not listening. Today, however in person ! I had a appointment with the nurse, requested that I have a cholesterol blood test; the nurse replied with book at reception. Tried to book at reception and was met with what do you need that for ???????? Seriously. I had been with the Milton Park practise who were just lovely and some of receptionists are still there but working at St Mary's - They are so very kind. Maybe Baffin's receptionists should be put on some patient care workshops; we are people, not just an inconvenience. | |||||||
