I moved to Winterslow 2 1/2 years ago and unfortunately had to change from Harcourt Medical Centre to Endless Street/Winterslow Surgery. It was downfall from good quality care to nobody cares.
I have never seen the GP I am registered with, every time I want to book an appointment it is not possible as the GP's booking is not 'open'!!! or I have to phone at 8am in the morning to book an emergency appointment. Never see a GP twice in a row, there are loads of locum GP's etc. Some of the Receptionists don't know what they are doing at the best of times.......
Can't recommend this Surgery at all. | |||||||
