Receptionist are absolutely terrible. So rude and disrespectful, asking all the questions the doctors should be asking. Called Thursday to get a triage appointment hoping it was with my dr. So asked nicely. To be told I couldn’t go on the list because I wasn’t qualified for the list. How on earth can a receptionist decide if I needed medical help?? I am actually a high risk patient. And needed help, but had to make a decision of my own on what medication needed to be altered.

I had an appointment for a respiratory clinic saw Gp November last year. Had appointment Salisbury but was unwell. I live with severe mental illness. I tried and tried to get an assessment only to be told they don’t offer the service of investigation for me in Salisbury. I have tried to get another appointment at another hospital but no one helps me and I have never heard anything from the Downton surgery. They just tell me to keep calling back. I do and nothing happens.
