Joined this practice about 18 months ago on recommendation of my previous GP, who said it had a good name among GPs. Have visited two different doctors and both were efficient and professional. Also prepared to talk about and listen to medical concerns and come up with an action plan if needed. Have had no problems arranging appointments, but I have not had to visit urgently, so have not tried getting an urgent appointment. I usually book appointment online,which you can do up to around 5 weeks in advance and about 8 weeks before if you phone up for an appointment. Also have an annual blood test at the surgery, which saves a visit to the hospital.

Had problems with dizziness whilst on holiday, saw doctor within 2 hours & given prescription. Service was extremely good considering it was a walk in. Excellent service.

Sending a huge thank you. Having recently transferred to your practice I have been blown away by the difference in service at Shanklin to my previous practice. All the staff seem happy in their work, friendly, helpful, efficient and pleasant to deal with. During my appointments with my doctor I have felt listened too, taken seriously and my healthcare has been discussed with me to ensure I am happy with the treatment plan going forward this is brilliant and greatly appreciated. Had my flu jab with one of your nurses who was so pleasant and lovely as are your reception staff. Keep up your brilliant work, each visit has been a pleasant experience. Thank you, thank you.
