Receptionist rush you off the phone. They tell you to ring at 8.00 am for an appointment, however someone might try telling them to sort out the phone lines! I called this morning Over 40 times, all I got was an engaged tone!!! | |||||||

I have requested my repeat prescription to be sent to me to Hayes Town Pharmacy which is near to where I work. I tried to explain to surgery receptionist that i am not able to collect my prescription from the surgery in Langley as i finish work late, however receptionist - to me - did not want to understand. I was told that the surgery is not able to send my prescription to the chemist i want to collect it from and that’s not right because my prescription was sent to the Hayes Town pharmacy couple of times before, last one was last August 2020. I was not told the reason why my prescription can’t be sent to Hayes Town Pharmacy like before? I don’t understand why i am forced to come and collect my prescription from Langley Health Centre in this situation where the entire country is under the pressure of the pandemic Covid-19. I want to mention here that i am not able to come to the LHC at all so I hope my complain will be considered and this problem to be sorted out soon. Thanks | |||||||

The main problem with this surgery is the bad attitude and unhelpfulness of the reception staff
Theyate so rude and unprofessional is just makes you as a patient feel frustrated
Most times I think it less stress to suffer in pain than try to make an appointment. Getting an appointment is like pulling teeth
If you can help it then avoid this surgery and the CCG need to do more and investigate this surgery especially for lack of patient care. After al isn't that why we pay our taxes?
