This is a truly shocking facility. Its not the doctors as such to my knowledge that are the problem but the management and those who put the administration policies in place. All appointments seem to be over the phone whether it be a routine thing or a more serious issue. The worst thing of all is the term 'care navigators', please get over yourselves, with the greatest of respect to them these people are receptionists and no patients do not wish to discuss their medical conditions with anyone other than a doctor. Don't get me wrong once you get past these imposed sentries the care you get is actually very good but getting an appointment is a battle in itself. If you enter the practice these days the reception area is empty and its not as if the appointments system is efficient and there is nobody waiting either, the simple fact is there are few face to face appointments occurring.

This practice used to be good. It is now far from that. It is difficult to get through and find your way through the care navigation system. You might be offered a telephone appointment if you are lucky. My feeling is that they no longer care about their patients. They would rather not have any contact with us at all.

i use to like health center.but the reception staff some of them are rude and dont care about people i not happy with my doctor as telling lies about me. and not getting in contact with me when you ask them too. And my mum doctor is the same .they use to be so good when they move from west street to here not now I am thinking of moving to a new practice telling lies about me about my health and I think it's awful when i am so honest with them.i so upset with reception and my doctor.my doctor i not happy with filling questionaire to dvla wrong information when I have no medical conditions stopping me driving .its a disgrace.i heard lots of people say that chipping norton health centre not like the old doctors was at west street and the other surgery.back then days you could trust them and they would visit you at home and you could get a appointment with them even the same day or evening no problem.bring back the caring doctors.i am so ashame of my doctor or which doctor tick the question i have medical condition that will stop me driving i am ok .they are getting worse.not care about people.
