Chanhe your systems to not penalise those who have jobs. Not the fault of reception staff, but why in this day are there only two options for getting an appointment. And then, even if you complete an econsult specifying a different number to call, or even a time to call after, simple instructions can't be followed, and you have to start the process from scratch. Very very disappointed

Very disappointing. I am not a person that will go or want help from a doctor on a regular basis .When I do and ask for a phone consultation from a doctor is like asking for the moon . It was over twenty four hours and still waiting . My first call back was three rings on my mobile phone and was told they would ring back shortly 3 hours later again my phone rang for seconds and a voice message which was totally muffled . I rang back to be told they would ring that afternoon and I was on the urgent list mmm still waiting. Do you really think this service from this practice is acceptable?

If it wasn't for the GP's working out of hours via 111 the country would be in one hell of a mess. The GP's at the Leys Health Centre are reluctant to respond to any extra work. On average they attend the surgery what - a couple of days of week - don't get to see them unlike all those working on the frontline during all this misery. Disgrace to the profession.
