We have have needed their expertise many times over the last 26 years. Appointment was for 17.15, I arrived early at 17.00, checked in with the touch pad and was advised Dr running 20mins late, ok I appreciate that happens and sit down to wait. Within 5 mins I was called by receptionist to ask if I was happy to see a different Dr who was available, obvious answer was yes, I was then seen immediately.
