I would like to thank St Andrews for their continued professionalism and support. As a family we have been registered for nearly 20 years and we have been blessed to have this facility with all the expertise of staff literally in our doorstep. Most recently my husband who has been regularly monitored by the doctor was called back in following some queries with recent blood results. My husband had an immediate trip to A&E with a very low pulse and following some excellent care a pacemaker has been fitted. I am so impressed with the kindness and genuineness of all staff. Well done Ipplepen and a massive thank you to the doctor, a really wonderful professional.

The Kingskerswell GP Surgery has an excellent front desk where the staff deal with you in a professional and caring manner. They are also discrete and if you require total privacy there is a side room where you can discuss your issues/appointments in private. The doctors are extremely professional and treat you with care and dignity. They will spend the necessary time with you to discuss your condition and you never feel rushed, even though the time taken with you may make them run a little late. An excellent surgery 20 out of 10.

I was overwhelmed by the fantastic service my daughter and I received after a recent scary experience. One female doctor who helped calm and reassure, organising a plan of what to do next was so kind and helpful. We then had an appointment where a male doctor not only helped at the appointment but also provided information to read via text after the appointment finished. I found this very helpful. I was then offered an appointment to follow all of this up by the same doctor and he was brilliant, not only checking she was ok but that I had recovered from the scary episode she had. I feel very lucky to have such a great surgery and group of doctors on my door step. Thank you very much. P.s I was disappointed to see that I couldn’t put the doctors names in this review so have sent a card to the surgery to also thank them personally. I hope this is noted on their records. Thank you.
