After waiting 2 weeks for my appointment, I was relieved when the appointment time finally arrived. Unfortunately Devon square surgery didn’t bother to call me for my appointment, after being extremely disappointed I tried ringing the practise back. They called me back letting the phone ring for seconds so quick I could pick up the phone! thanks a lot guys.

I feel very very let down both by my registered go and by the slow service I’ve received when voicing my concerns. No real answers just side- stepping. I’ve received false information and this has caused so much distress. When trying to sort this I was basically told I can easily register elsewhere! Obviously easier than addressing the issues. The surgery is convenient for my location and I believe it’s always best to try and come to a solution , but at the moment I cannot even get a reply or a notification of my emails being received from the practice manager . Shame because mostly I’ve been treated well by other staff during my time at this practice on average .Hugely disappointing.
