After repeated econsults and telephone consultations over a long time no help was offered. After complaining and giving an opinion on the poor treatment offered to patients I was removed from the practice. As symptoms are still ongoing and not notified of removal until 48 hours before removal I cannot get repeat prescription to cover the period of time it takes to register with another practice and get an appointment to review medication. .

I have been with many surgeries over the years and this is without doubt the worst. I am an asthma sufferer and have Barratts oesophagus and have had both of these medications reduced without any consultation, I also been left without medication as no one told me I needed a review. The doctors are nice when you can get an appointment about 3-4 weeks in advance. I am changing surgeries now as I've had enough.
