Doctor Shabnum is kind and compassionate when dealing with me and my partner, it is a very busy surgery but when in need things always get done. Reception staff are polite and can’t do enough to help. Nurses we have had are excellent also. Thank you all for your work. | |||||||

I moved to Budshead due to moving house two years ago and I wish I stayed with my previous Doctor Surgery. The only positive is that I can always get through on the phone . However when the phone is answered the receptionist is rude (one of them) and makes you feel like you’re not worthy of seeing a doctor, despite being ill. Every time I’ve asked for a call back a doctor will call very late in the evening ( latest I had was 8pm) but will only ring once so doesn’t allow me chance to get to the phone quick enough to answer , and then doesn’t leave a voicemail to say they tried or will try again( which they don’t) . I then have to call back the following morning and go through the same process again. One of my doctors stopped giving me my prescribed medication that I’ve been having for over 2 years because he deemed it unnecessary when it clearly is and didn’t even ween me off them, just made me go cold turkey on them . I then asked for a second opinion from another doctor and she refused because she didn’t want to go behind the other doctors back. I wouldn’t recommend this surgery at all. I am currently in the process of moving surgery’s as I feel this surgery has not helped me at all in the past 2 years and I’m very disappointed . | |||||||
