Genuinely awful level of care provided. Good luck phoning as it will take an hour to get answered if you're not hung up on. Better luck actually seeing a GP as almost all appointments are with nurses. Expect to have to complete lengthy online surveys describing your symptoms in 500 characters or less, then expect to wait multiple days for any response. Finally, if you're contacted at all it will likely be via a text message stating you'll receive a phone call at some point within a 10 hour window. From online form completion to actually being seen can be well over a week and all the while you're suffering.

This surgery need a total shake up. Put a script in on Tuesday 4 items. But what ever doctors have read this script only issued one off these items. My wife is at end of life care so we try to make sure she as all the med that she need. This is one of the worst surgery but I'll be up there Monday morning for answers. Wont be getting brushed of this time. Time to give this surgery and doctors a peace off my mind. And I've now goings to NHS complaints department over the duty of care to its patients at this surgery. Poor Poor Poor.
