Their response times to emails/forms is dreadful. It's been two weeks and they have not responded to either of the two 'ask a nurse' forms I have sent. Further to this, upon ringing up to enquire about the travel vaccinations they provide in the surgery, their answer was to Google it (which doesn't help because the NHS website states each surgery is is different). Honestly a shocking 'service' that is being provided. Not impressed at all. | |||||||

I have been with the surgery for many years and the doctors and nurses have been absolutely brilliant with me and helped me in so many ways,I would be dead by now if Dr crouchman and Dr Jackson ect had not been there to help me,and also the nurses have helped me with my conditions in so many ways,I would just like to say a big thank you to all at royal well surgery,at Paul's, Cheltenham for all the help. You are excellent!! | |||||||
