Appaling behaviour by receptionists every time went in to attend appointment there was no receptionist at front desk this needs to be looked at!! The doctors are great receptionists some not all are terrible hiding in the back every time I come in to attend my appointment no one to book me in.. are these receptionists getting paid to hide in the back all the time ??? I will be taking my complaint further!!!

This doctor is as bad as a GP can get. Have been with this Practice for 28 years and never experienced as dismal the consultations as this doctor. It’s a shame because there has been excellent doctors here before Dr. Sani came along. This so called doctor has never once given me a medical examination let alone a proper one. Recently released from hospital to his care and all has gone down hill ever since. After telling him why you are there, that is IF you are very very lucky to get a face to face consultation, he will quickly rushes you with a prescription. He doesn’t ask follow up questions about your condition either, really to get to the least basics of the issue with your condition. The phone consultations which you’re most likely to get IF lucky are a joke. My physical/ mental health has never deteriorated to such levels at any other time before this Dr. Sani showed up! Seriously the British Medical Counsel ought to take a closer look at this Practice! Haven’t left this Practice simply due the length of time here and the uncertainty around my medical records - and the hope that Dr. Sani may move on.. or some investigation may lead to a new safer pair of medical hands ??

My dr is very rude and unprofessional, he refuses to see patients face to face and rushes all phone consultations. Totally uncaring attitude, every contact I’ve had with him is the same. If he doesn’t want to help patients then he needs to switch jobs!
