Absolutely no customer care, receptionist absolutely no help, all they say is you have to ring at 8am for an appointment, after waiting for nearly an hour no appointments left. Answer ring 8am the next day , same result Groundhog Day. Do they think that people are trying to see a doctor for the fun of it ! While this completely inept way of working is going on, people may have a serious problem that is not being addressed. Do not go near this surgery, you will never get to see a doctor.

Called today waited over an hour to be told no appointments left . I’m worried cos I’ve got pins and needles in in left hand had it for a couple of days now . I don’t usually bother doctors but this is bothering me a lot . They should have a better system in place than this . Supposed to be called family care that’s joke

Trying to cancel an appointment from 8.30 to 11.30. How can you be number one in the queue and wait 15 mins. Been with this surgery for over 44 years I think it might be time now to change. Service is getting worse especially after covid not seen a doctor in 2 plus years.
