I am 35 years old, having never had to really go to the GP’s this was the second time I have been to GP in 2 years. The GP made me feel so little, saying “If you remember last time I told you to come back when you have had the symptoms for over a year”. Nobody wants to go to the GP we only go if there is a problem
She was rushing although there wasn’t anyone in waiting room. WHen I persisted with my questioning, she realised she was looking at the wrong result, from trying to rush me through, to me asking for her to print my documents, she then realised my recent blood results were abnormal and referred my as an urgent case to the hospital.
No empathy, and lack of consideration and knowledge!
