I moved to the London Borough of Camden on 09/11/16 due to domestic violence and was greeted with nothing but sheer helpfulness and kindness by everyone since moving to Camden, especially this "drop-in service". I was offered an sign-on with a doctor within days and although I saw a doctor via the drop-in service for the first few times, l have always found every doctor that I have seen most polite and courteous, ever so helpful and informative. Positivity all round starting with the receptionist onto the security who put a smile on my face when my life at that time seemed worthless. I have seen approximately 3 different doctors since 09/11/16 when I first joined the surgery, but I now have a regular doctor when I make an appointment who has been so supportive (l cannot stress enough). The nurse that I have seen since joining last year is a diamond, having previously had a phobia of needles since I was seven years of age, the nurse helped me gently use meditation to get into a calm state to have my blood taken without a embarrassing fast is actually a miracle for me, for l actually believed that I would never have got over the needle phobia (the nurse is short of a miracle). The nurse wears a big beautiful smile no matter the day and the nurse and my regular doctor now have taught me that life is worth living again. I myself have nothing but gratitude for this service and l sincerely recommend that anyone who requires support and a friendly ear as well as emergency doctor service join this surgery. I am humbly grateful to all.
