Very impressed with the service provided today by all staff at both Aintree Drive and Forest End Surgeries. Visited Aintree Drive around 9am to make an appointment to see a doctor or a nurse. It is apparent that the service is in great demand and under ridiculous pressure through financial constraints, but staff are working above and beyond. The member of staff on reception at Aintree was very professional in dealing with a protracted telephone call before serving me. I was put on the triage list and told I would be contacted within an hour. 39 minutes later I was talking to a doctor. At 10:50 I had an appointment at Forest End Surgery. Ok I had to wait 20 extra minutes to see the doctor. (No big deal) The advice given by the doctor was excellent, I picked up my prescription (Quick efficient service at Brookes Pharmacy) and by 12:00 my symptoms had been relieved. From thinking I'll make an appointment to feeling much better in 3 hours, I think is first rate and I thank everyone for their efforts. For those who continually moan and make complaints, stop and think for once. Our NHS is fantastic, and I for one fully appreciate the work they do.

I required super quick advice late Friday afternoon, I was not expecting the superb response I received from Waterlooville site due to them having a full appointment list and it being Friday afternoon as said. However, the staff on the phone and the doctor went out of their way to help me before surgery closed, communications were fast and effective with a phone call just out of surgery hours. I can't recommend this practice enough the service was super friendly and extremely efficient.
