I came to the Molineux Centre for a smear test, and I have also used other services there (notably the walk in centre and the GP surgery). I've always had good experiences at the Molineux: all the staff (nurses, doctors, admins) are fantastic—professional, helpful, and compassionate. The facilities are really nice too—always very clean. What I appreciated most about my recent visit was that I was able to get a weekend appointment: it's previously been nigh-on impossible for me to book a smear as I work Mon-Fri, so it's fantastic that the Centre is showing flexibility in this regard. Having moved up and down the country and used health services in several different regions, I can say that the Molineux is definitely a cut above and I would strongly recommend it.

I attended a clinic with a fabulous, professional member of staff this morning and felt thoroughly at ease. The appointment was so incredibly convenient at 8.30am on a Saturday morning. I believe this is a new initiative and one I hope is continued. It's not easy working full time through the week and trying to attend an appointment. This meant I was much more relaxed, it fitted my schedule and meant I could go off and enjoy the rest of my day. Please continue!
