My experience today was nothing short of excellent. Rang at lunch time explained my symptoms.. was called within two hours by GP and seen in a face to face appt within half an hour. Given a prescription n was explained to in terms that I could understand exactly what the problem was. The gentleman doctor was so kind and understanding and not only listened but also encouraged me to make certain changes to my lifestyle in a nice round about way. I left feeling positive that I would make changes and impressed at such prompt treatment. Thank you to all involved.

I have found the all the Doctors and staff at Shaw Heath to be professional and extremely polite. They are friendly and very helpful - nothing is too much trouble.

I have always found all the staff at Shaw Heath to be extremely friendly, efficient extremely polite and professional. They will go 'out of their way' to solve your problem and do it with a smile. I cannot praise the Doctor's and staff enough.
