The reception team are condescending and dismissive, they have no patience or want to help when you call. They’re a disgrace and clearly in it for the wrong reasons, power tripped. Please avoid this place they’re all horrible and need to be re-trained on how to deal with those that are vulnerable, I hope they read this because they should be ashamed. Probably think that mental illness can be cured with a walk and a glass of water.

I was diagnosed with bipolar 11 disorder back in January 2020 buy a doctor and psychiatrist from Newcastle. Strongly recommend that I am prescribed to given mood stabilisation medication. When having the appointments with this lady GP (wish I could remember her name )she totally diminishing this.saying it was a long term process of medical treatment and just give me an antidepressant mirtazapine.I have suffered needlessly because of her my life has been shear torture. Then the same thing happened at Eden practice GPsafia. Same situation not interested and ooh prescribed more anti depressants. So took my self to carton clinic. Sorted straight away
