The doctors and nurses are really great. However, it's completely impossible to get through on the phones, either for appointments or prescriptions. Any time I need anything, I have to call upwards of 40 times. This isn't helped by the fact that they somehow managed to revoke all patients access to the NHS app, so we can't organise appointments or prescriptions on there any more. | |||||||

Fell Tower is a popular GP surgery and features many GPs and Nurses. They will assign you a GP and if they are available you will most likely see that same GP on each visit, but not guaranteed. The staff are professional and a pleasure to visit. The advice from GPs is always well thought out and will make sure to give you the best treatment available to you. | |||||||
