Great doctors, but unless your arm is falling off, it's nearly impossible to get an appointment here. Likely more of a comment on the general state of the NHS rather than this surgery alone. In the rare case that you do get an appointment, waiting times can be easily over an hour. Phone system is also lacking and will only hold one person in the queue. | |||||||

I hve always found the surgery to be welcoming, the reception staff will help if possible and if not then give advice re where to get help. the doctors that i have seen have always been excellent. i recently had a problem and was seen on same day - hospital contacted for advice and felt listened to. | |||||||

Having been a patient of this practice all my life, delivered at home by the fabulous doctor, I have been very disappointed at being hung up on when on hold. I see this was a problem last year and you thought it was resolved well I can tell you it isn't. As someone who works in the NHS I feel this is a basic error by the practice. It takes ages to get through so is infuriating to get hung up on when you are on hold. Please please get this sorted. | |||||||
