Our doctor has looked after me & my family for many years. The whole time we have been under their care they have assisted us with obtaining the best NHS care available. This doctor has a vast knowledge of consultants available & has a superb memory regarding your past medical history. A superb GP. Of course, no surgery can run smoothly with out the efficient & professional receptionist & nursing staff - both of which are present at this surgery. The receptionists friendly & sympathetic manner are just what patients need when visiting their GP & these people have that in abundance. The keep everything 'ticking over ' like a well oiled engine & always with a smile or a helpful word. The nurse is extremely knowledgeable about many subjects & it is easy to discuss health matters with them. All in all, as I said in my subject heading, the best GP service in Gateshead & oh, did I mention how easy it is to get an appointment usually the next day, a rare thing in today's world.
