Attended the walk in centre Sunday the 26 th march due my daughter being unwell for three days with her asthma and high temperature. Seen by an very efficient excellent nurse practitioner. My daughter was really poorly.
On the Monday morning we got a call off Sunniside surgery to say that they wanted to review my daughter within 72 hours following her visit to the walk in centre . An appointment was made.
Check up today with GP
Exccellent professional. Caring. Very thorough from our GP making sure my daughter was on the road to feeling better. They also made it very easy for us to book another appointment if she deteriorated or we were worried about her.

I contacted Sunniside surgery hoping to have a telephone consultation and instead was pleasantly surprised to receive a convenient, soon face to face appointment. I saw Dr. Liz and within the same visit, I had my bloods taken by Heather and other investigations were organised. I was delighted to receive a text message about my results from Dr Mather in no time. My experience has been excellent and all staff including the receptionist, doctors and nurse practitioner were excellent, very caring and professional. We are so grateful and privileged to have such a phenomenal practice at our door step. | |||||||
