They can’t organise simple things, no one gets back to you when they say they will, no care and attention for anyone except themselves, really rude and untrained receptionists

No people skills and don’t even care, its a burden to deal with anyone. Even need an appointment to speak to the pharmacist who actually told me to ring if a problem with medication?? Told i could have an appointment in 2 days time ??????

Over the past 2 years I have found this practice to have gone down considerably. It is hard getting appointments, things get mixed up, return phone calls get forgotten, recently I needed to book an XRay was told by GP,that he would request it.a week later when I asked how long I would have to wait, it was then told I should have been given the phone number to arrange it myself, On one occasion on a telephone consultation, the GP told me that he didn't need to see something to assess it, he could tell what it was by description, spoke to me as though I was an idiot.
