I suffer from anxiety and just ringing this GP'S makes me worse. Reception talk to you like trash and the doctors are not much better. I've never had a problem with the nurse. You are left to feel more like cattle than an actual human. No one listens to what you have to say.

Thank you for your feedback, It would be great if you could contact the practice manager who would be happy to discuss these problems you feel you are experiencing. This is a concerning comment and one that is not usual of the feed back the practice usually receive. I would be prepared to listen to your concerns no problem at all, sometimes this can just be a communication problem that can easily resolved. I hope you are feeling well and will get in touch. I would highly recommend the Victoria medical centre, all staff have been amazing. Doctors, receptionists and especially health care assistant . All the staff are so helpful and very understanding and caring. My treatment via all the so helpful and friendly staff has/is amazing and has restored my faith in human kindness .

Avoid this surgery at all cost. I called up on monday as my fiancee has found out she is pregnant and called up to see what is the right steps to take. As i was spoken to bluntly over phone and advised that a midwife would call her on the friday to get things moving as she feels she is 14 weeks pregnant. And suprise suprise no phone call and why is that. Its because there was no information passed over to the midwives so they knew nothing about it. Not to mention she has felt unwell for a while now and has done three blood tests with the surgery for them not to spot she is actually pregnant i feel is disgraceful. And then to be told by sunderland maternity clinic there is no record for a phone back on the nhs system is just absoloute Negligence to say the least.
