If you want a stressful day, ring Stephenson and partners. They have a no abuse policy which means a no criticism policy! I asked to speak to the practice manager and was told to write in. To write in gives them a “to be forewarned is to be forearmed” advantage. By submitting this I must accept “their moderation terms and conditions” | |||||||

After being visited by many of the doctors the fact that my mam had serious heart failure was only picked up when a lovely locum came, he immediately sent her to hospital,if not for him she would not be here now, they don't seem to know anything and just don't listen, would never recommend this practice | |||||||

The GPS here are fab. They know their stuff and don’t try to fob me off. I’ve had telephone appointments, emergency appointments and have always been seen within a suitable timeframe. The reception staff are always polite and friendly - I’ve never heard them once be rude to anyone. They all have a job to do and there is such a varied clientele at the surgery - some really obnoxious people walk through the doors and expect the world. Well, the world turns for everyone and not just the few. In my opinion the GPs and their staff are great here. | |||||||
