I use this surgery often and am very happy here. There not perfect but then who or what is? I know they always go the extra mile to try and accomadate me and my fluctuating conditions and I am always treated with the maximum of respect and it isn't false 2019 yank style sickly respect. It's a genuin old school english village type where they acctually know who you are and your not just a number on a screen. The girls on the front desk are great and always go the extra mile. The Doctors are both very experienced and always accomadate my requests. the surgery is very clean with a family business type of vibe. Sadly in this Americanized costa coffee national chain type 2019 England, this buisness model is out of fashion where people rather look at Facebook with their heads down than acctually talk to you. Me, give me this type of place any day. I salute this practice for staying true to a place that is in equalibrium with the village it serves. Having read through some of the reviews on here i am left scratching my head. Its as if people on can say the bad things that happen like ebay feedback. No one ever leaves good feedback, but cant wait to write a bad review. I've no doubt harraton surgery drop the ball 1 in 100 times. But so do i. Don't you? Over all highly competent, respectful, friendly. I'm going no where. | |||||||

Practice website is very poor for 2019 not a lot of information on either surgery website. Staff are ok depends on how busy they are. HCA was lovely providing reassurance and results of tests were received promptly. Both surgeries, Harraton and Sunderland, need moving into the twentieth century | |||||||

This is a good surgery with lovely pleasant staff, I moved here from a village surgery where I live and I can honestly say that the service and care I receive from Harraton Surgery is far better. I would recommend this surgery to anybody. | |||||||
