The patient service in this practice has deteriorated over the years and is now in my view at an unacceptable poor level. Whatever you contact them about, is a problem for them, or to be more precise a problem for you, and all they tell you is 'what you need to do'. Trying to obtain blood tests recently and in turn trying to obtain the results was like pulling teeth and the attitude from the staff is that it is your problem and not theirs. You never get a chance to talk to a doctor, 'they are in hiding', and the nurses cannot help because 'they are not qualified'. What is the point of this Practice 'apart of course from making money'

I am currently suffering with issues that have been ongoing for sometime which is making it very difficult to attend work. I phoned the practice requesting an appointment with my doctor and was told the earliest appointment will be on the 29th March, '28 day wait' and this will only be a telephone conversation. I know for a fact that I will need to see him in person in order that he can refer me to a specialist which will of course be a further delay. This is NOT a service.
