Can’t get prescriptions, prescribed inaccurate dosage, can’t get appointments and can’t get response from them. Absolutely awful service from them.

Has been reviewed and is still one of the worst surgery’s! Definitely going to move! There is no organisation at this GP and no notification to inform you that your medication has not gone through to the pharmacy so regular drugs become a problem and they don’t seem to care!

Despite waiting 45 mins in the phone queue I got an appointment within a few days, saw a locum GP who recommended a scan and blood test. Had blood test done at the surgery the following week and scan done at the LGH. Received scan results from the surgery a day after having it done at the hospital. I call that an excellent service all round.
