The surgery has a most welcoming atmosphere and provides a very high standard of provision for the patient. Following a recent visit, the reception staff was very friendly and the nurse practitioner provided an unrushed consultation.

I joined the surgery recently and was impressed by the proactive attitude of the doctor I saw first. I have seen him twice now, and have found him professional, but a little abrupt if asked to deal with more than one issue. I have since seen a second doctor at the surgery who has been consistently outstanding. I have been referred on to see specialists after the Dr took the time to listen and ask questions, and to identify causes, not just to treat symptoms - a very different experience from my previous doctor of 20 years. I have also found the reception staff to be consistently friendly and helpful. After reading negative views about the practice, I was rather apprehensive, but I have not encountered any negative experiences. In all, I am extremely grateful to have found a Dr whose advice I can trust.
