As an older patient i have several painful and ongoing ailments resulting in permanent disability. I have always found the staff helpful and friendly when visiting the practice and one doctor is a very friendly, helpful and very competent physician in my opinion, as are all the nurses and other clinical staff who have carried out many tests on me. I have also found the reception staff to be helpful and efficient. As a person with mobility problems, the adequate car park at the front of the surgery as well as the attached pharmacy, which offers a repeat prescription delivery service, are very helpful one stop extra facilities which greatly add to the convenience of this practice. I generally order my repeat prescriptions and book appointments online, which is far easier than needing to do it by phone. However, no practice is perfect these days and if I have one major complaint it is the length of time it often takes to get an appointment with my own GP, which is sadly par for the course these days! I have to say I have no reason to even consider moving to another practice as it provides for my needs well.
